Standing brief — Sunday Cookie Co. (demo)

The café's house rules. The lead's morning huddle overrides anything here for the day.

> Sunday Cookie Co. is a made-up brand used to show how the café works.

The brand

Small-batch cookies baked every morning in Brooklyn. Sold in the shop, on our website and on Amazon. Promise: fresh-baked comfort you can give away (or keep). A handwritten flavor card in every box. Voice: warm, a little cheeky, never sugary. Short sentences, real details.

This season (now → mid-December)

Focus: Halloween in the shop, Friendsgiving hosts, then holiday boxes.
Hero products: The Host Tin ($28) for Friendsgiving; the Holiday Box of 12 ($34) for December.
No discounts on cookies, ever. Free shipping on boxes over $40 in December only.

Always

Show the break: a hand snapping a warm cookie. Daylight, crumbs, kraft boxes.
Every hook names a person or a moment ("for the friend who always brings dessert").
Plays need an owner, a format, a date and a reason we would win.

Never

Healthy, guilt-free or low-calorie claims. "Best in America." Allergen-free unless certified.
Percentage-off codes or fake countdowns.
Grandma stories: we're a real shop with real bakers, not a fairy tale.
